Youth Empowerment Through Sports
One of XPION Ventures’ unique initiatives is leveraging the power of soccer to engage and empower the youth within Kiambu County and neighboring regions. XPION runs a club XPION FC which plays in the FKF
Central Regional Legue and has a youth team that serves as a conduit to the senior team.
By fostering a connection between sports and agriculture, we aim to nurture a new generation of agripreneurs who understand the value of farming and entrepreneurship.
Through our soccer programs, we provide young people with not only athletic opportunities but also life skills, mentorship, and pathways to personal and economic development.
The Football Team Category will be as follows:

- The Women Football Team- Xpion Divas Football Club
Partnership with Schools
XPION Ventures Limited has developed a strategic partnership model with schools in the region to cultivate Hass Avocados on school farms. This initiative not only enhances avocado production but also provides practical learning experiences for students. By involving schools in the avocado value chain, we create a platform for agricultural education and capacity building, ensuring that the youth are equipped with the skills necessary to succeed in agribusiness. In addition, a school feeding program will be set up to help feed kids who are less privileged for a smoother and better learning progress.
